I must say that here in South Dakota everyone is getting spring fever... which is indeed an understatement!  So, to bring back the familiarity of those good ol' warm summer days I decided to make some iced tea.  Well, needless to say, those summer feelings did not come through.  But the tea itself made for a nice composition!  So here it is!
